CrossFit Kids is a fitness program designed for the specific developmental needs of children. We combine gymnastics, body weight movements and weightlifting elements to ensure every child experiences a wide range of FUN and learns new skills in every session.
In line with CFK ideology, we feel it is the upmost importance that children have the opportunity to maximise skills and learn proper movement mechanics during their peak development years. This allows your child to build a broad athletic foundation, supporting them in any sport that they choose to go on to excel in.

We are focused on developing kids into adults with not only excellent movement mechanics but also confident, happy, active and humble human beings. Our fundamental aim is to pair fitness with fun, creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for kids. We provide a safe training environment for kids and teens to come and learn new skills and excel in all elements of fitness. We can have a lot of fun, but we are also a competitive bunch, and the following quote sums up our training principles:

We pride ourselves in a very high standard of training and performance. We have a fantastic community of kids from the tiny age of 2yrs old all the way through to 17/18yrs, so they not only develop physically, but also mentally, developing leadership and team-work skills as they progress up the chain. We strive to have a lot of fun, develop a good work ethic, and build confidence through allowing the kids to make a lot of their own choices, under the watchful eye of very experienced coaches. Our kids learn what it means to have a passion in life.
