Kate has been practising yoga for over 20 years and qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2014. She teaches Hatha Yoga; classes combine Asana, breath work and relaxation / meditation.
Postures may be dynamic and flowing or gentler and more restorative, responding to the needs of the students on the day.
Classes are open to beginners but also provide more experienced students the opportunity to deepen their practice.
£6 per session – must be paid to gym before the class.
